Working Holiday Programme

The Working Holiday Programme is an initiative by the Irish and Argentine Governments which allows up to 100 young Argentine people annually to take extended holidays in Ireland for up to a year, and to take employment as an incidental aspect of this holiday. The aim of the scheme is to introduce young Argentine people to the culture, landscape and people of Ireland and to allow them to work and study English there, while they take extended holidays.

The 2010 programme is now fully subscribed. Please do not phone the Embassy for information on the 2011 programme as we will not be in a position to respond to your questions before the beginning of October 2010. Applications for the 2011 programme will be accepted towards the end of October 2010.
